Cancellation Policy

NBAClub Credit Services has a detailed and simplified cancellation policy. Clients may cancel their services at any time since we do not offer an annual credit restoration program.

Credit Restoration Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel their services at any time at least (10) ten days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When canceled according to these terms, the upcoming regular payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

Upon cancellation, services will cease, and the Client will be liable for deletions removed within the last billing period prior to cancellation.

Right to Cancel

A client is free to cancel this contract within five (5) days of signing the contract without incurring any penalty. Refund Policy

In the world of credit restoration, the outcome of services cannot be guaranteed, and no company can promise a result. NBAClub Credit Services put in its best to ensure that incorrect information is identified and modified or removed from the credit report.

However, you can request a refund for the last month in the first three months (90) days of joining NBAClub Credit Services if you are not pleased with our services.

Client can request a fund based upon the above terms by submitting a written refund request and forwarding it via email or by mailing a signed and dated letter requesting a refund to NBAClub Credit Services Refund: 6424 E.
